1. Membership Terms

By registering with Diamond House Enterprises LLC (“DiamondDiscount.ai” “we,” “our,” “us”), you agree to these Terms & Conditions. Individual Memberships are for personal use; Business Memberships are for companies, organizations, or teams.

1.1 Trials & Renewals

All memberships begin with a 90-day trial period. Unless cancelled before the trial ends, memberships automatically renew for one (1) year at the following annual rates:

  • Starter: $99.95 for trial → renews at $259.95/year
  • Growth: $299.95 for trial → renews at $459.95/year
  • Premium: $499.95 for trial → renews at $659.95/year

You authorize Diamond Discount to charge the payment method provided at registration for applicable renewals, unless cancelled prior to the renewal date.

1.2 Discounts & Offers

Discounts provided by participating businesses are genuine and subject to availability. Diamond Discount is not responsible for misrepresentation of offers by third-party businesses. Businesses found inflating prices to simulate discounts may be suspended or removed.

1.3 Content & Usage

By submitting content, reviews, or media on our platforms, you grant Diamond Discount a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use such content in marketing, social media, and promotional materials. Personal or payment details will never be published.

1.4 Communications

By registering, you consent to receive SMS, email, or app notifications related to purchases, discounts, updates, and promotions. You may opt out of marketing communications at any time, but transactional messages (billing, renewal, legal notices) are required.

Diamond Discount connects shoppers and businesses. We are not responsible for the quality, legality, safety, or accuracy of goods, services, or discounts offered by third-party businesses. Platform use is at your own risk.
