Scope of Integration: The Member agrees to integrate the DDC software with their existing Point of Sale (POS) system (Retail) or utilize the DDC Service Portal (Service).

System Access: DDC grants a non-exclusive license to access the API for the duration of the membership.

Transaction Compliance Penalty: Discovery of any transaction where the Diamond Discount Card was utilized but not processed through the authorized system to circumvent fees results in an immediate $500 penalty per occurrence.

Audit Rights: DDC reserves the right to review transaction logs to verify system integrity and compliance.

Data Security: All partner and customer data must be handled according to PCI-DSS standards.

Limitation of Liability: DDC is not liable for indirect losses or third-party POS provider downtime.

Termination: Either party may terminate with 30 days' notice, except in cases of Transaction Compliance violations which allow for immediate suspension.
