Refunds & Membership Policy

This policy applies to membership purchases made directly through Diamond Discount.ai. It covers both individual shopper memberships and business memberships. It does not apply to retail goods sold by third-party vendors.

1) Trial Periods & Renewals

All memberships begin with a 90-day trial period. After the trial, your membership automatically renews for one (1) year at the annual rate listed below, unless canceled before the trial ends.

• Starter: $99.95 for the 90-day trial → renews at $259.95/year
• Growth: $299.95 for the 90-day trial → renews at $459.95/year
• Premium: $599.95 for the 90-day trial → renews at $759.95/year

2) Refund Eligibility

Membership fees (trial or annual) are non-refundable once charged, except where required by law. Membership benefits — including access to discounts, exposure, and digital tools — begin immediately, so we cannot offer prorated refunds for unused time.

3) Cancellation

You may cancel at any time prior to your renewal date to avoid future charges. Cancellations take effect at the end of your current paid period. No partial refunds are issued for unused membership time.

4) Business Memberships

Business memberships are billed as marketing and promotional service subscriptions. Refunds are not provided once a trial converts into an annual membership, as advertising and exposure benefits begin immediately.

5) Shopper Memberships

Shopper memberships grant instant access to exclusive discounts and digital perks. Refunds are not available once benefits are activated, except where legally required. To avoid renewal charges, cancel before the 90-day trial ends.

6) Billing Errors & Disputes

If you believe you were billed incorrectly, contact us within 7 days of the charge at {support email}. We will review and, if appropriate, issue a refund or credit at our discretion.
