1. Reporting Integrity: Partner agrees to accurately log all DDC Member transactions. Service partners must use the SMS verification handshake for every interaction.

2. Automatic Fee Authorization: By checking the box below, you authorize Diamond Discount Card to process the 1.95% service fee per transaction and the monthly tier package fees based on your current Google Sheet status.

3. Hidden Transaction Penalty: Discovery of any DDC transaction not processed through the system to avoid fees results in an immediate $500 penalty per occurrence.

4. Terms of Service: Partner confirms they have read and agree to all company policies and return agreements found on our website.
